SR High Retreat
Spend part of your spring break having some winter fun hanging out with friends,
sledding, hiking, movies, games and hot chocolate by the fire.
Matt Tully and his wife Lindsay will be leading group Bible Study/discussion times
during the retreat; there will also be some time for your own personal Bible Study
and prayer. In addition, there will be a chance to put your faith into action as we
meet some needs in the community with a service project.
When
- March 13-17
- Meet at the church on Saturday, March 13 at 7:00 am
- Will return to the church on Wednesday, March 17 late afternoon
Where
- We will be traveling to Melody and Brian Gerrelts' cabin in
Iron River, Wisconsin (45 minutes east of Duluth, MN)
Cost
-$35.00 per teen (to help cover gas and food at the cabin)
- Money for your lunch on the way up and back
How to Sign up
-Bring filled out permission slip and $35.00 (cash or check made out to
CHBC) to Anna or Marilyn Baridon by Wednesday March 10!!
What to Bring
- Money for your lunch on Saturday and Wednesday (or you can
pack a lunch for Saturday)
- Bible/Pen/Notebook
- Sleeping Bag
- Pillow
- Towel
- Clothes/toothbrush/soap (whatever you need for 5 days)
- Winter snow clothes/boots
- if you have sleds we could take please bring them
