Update from the Greens in Italy

Below is the letter we received today from Dann and Michele Green:
Just checking in to let you know that Michele and I are with the Jones in Milan. Other than the truck that ran into the back of our car on the way to the airport we had a safe and uneventful trip. We were just glad we were safe and the car was not damaged more than it was.
The weather in Milan is cold and it is foggy all the time. So we are really not getting to see much at all. We have been going with Keith and Debby to all their Bible Studies and English Classes. Its been great to see their family again but also the new church center where the Veritas Church meets.
Last night we had a interesting English Class. Keith invited the class to come and hear and participate in a discussion on what Evangelicals and Catholics believe. We had seven subjects - Biblical authority, Salvation, Mary, Saints, Death & Purgatory, Church & Priests, Church practices. Keith set it up that I would speak regarding the Evangelical view and he would present the Catholic view (with the Catholics in the audience correcting him if they thought he didn't present their view correctly). Debby interpreted for each of us as some didn't know English that well. We started at 7:00 pm and didn't get done till after 10:00 pm. It was quite an amazing and I might add passionate discussion time. There were about 20 people there - with most being Catholic. It is amazing how steeped the Catholics are in their tradition and how the tradition of the catholic church blinds them to Biblical truth and real grace. Today Keith and I worked on some fix up projects on the church facility.
Any way - I thought I'd let you know that Keith and Debby are doing a great job and it was a privilege to be a small part of their ministry for a night.
Keep us in prayer - there is alot of flu going around. I hope we don't catch it here.
On Saturday we will be flying back to Lisbon and I'll be preaching for Evandro on Sunday. Thank the church for supporting us in their prayers. Its been great to see a part of God's work in Italy.
